Once we have the battery in hand, the swap itself takes 90–120 minutes. We usually don't keep every Pixel battery in stock, so we'll often need to order it in — most of the time it arrives the next business day, and we'll have your Pixel back to you same-day once it's here.

We offer both. Genuine Google batteries are usually available and built to Google's own standard, but they cost more than the aftermarket option. Aftermarket batteries look and function the same day-to-day, but tend not to hold their charge as long over time — where a genuine battery might give you a few years of strong performance, an aftermarket one may start fading sooner. It's not a guarantee either way, just a general trend. We'll walk you through both options so you can pick based on budget vs. longevity.

Our 2-year warranty covers the battery itself and our installation — if it fails to hold a charge properly or the repair causes an issue, we'll fix it at no charge. It doesn't cover new physical damage (drops, water) after the repair, or a battery that's simply aged out near the end of its natural life.

Sometimes. A water-damaged battery can swell or stop charging properly, and we can usually replace it — but we'll check the board for corrosion first. If water got further in, there may be other repairs needed beyond just the battery.

We'd rather you call or email first rather than just show up. Since we don't keep every battery in stock, most repairs need the part ordered in ahead of time — so a quick call first means we're actually ready to fix your Pixel when you arrive, instead of you finding out on the doorstep that we need a day to get the part.
