Marc has always done an amazing job for me. I have had several screen repairs, batteries replaced and general repairs, completed over the years and they are always done well. I will definitely be back.
Most phone screen replacements take about 1–2 hours, depending on the model and the damage. We know you don’t want to spend all day without your phone (let’s be honest, it’s basically your right hand), so we aim for fast, same-day repairs whenever possible. Whether it’s an iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, or other major brand, we keep many parts in stock to avoid delays. For some models, we may need to special order the part — but we’ll always keep you informed on the timeline.
We offer both genuine (OEM) and high-quality aftermarket screens for most models. If you want the original Apple or Samsung feel, we can source OEM parts, but if you’re looking for a more affordable option, we also carry premium aftermarket screens. Both come with our 2-year repair warranty (excluding drops or water damage, of course), so you can choose the option that fits your budget without sacrificing peace of mind.
Screen replacement costs depend on your phone model and whether you choose OEM or aftermarket parts.
For iPhones, prices usually range from $80 to $600, depending on the model and part type. Generally, the newer the model or if it has 'Pro' in it's name it's going to cost the most.Â
Samsung Galaxy screens, especially the curved S-series or Note-series, can range from $250 to $500 because the parts are more expensive.
Google Pixel, OnePlus, and other brands fall somewhere in between.
We always provide a detailed quote upfront, and you can decide what works best for your budget.
On most modern smartphones, the glass and display are fused together at the factory, meaning we replace the entire screen assembly (glass + LCD/OLED) as one unit. This ensures proper function, touch sensitivity, and display quality. While some places advertise “glass-only” repairs, these are often low-quality and risky, potentially leading to dead spots or future failures.
Absolutely! We offer a 2-year warranty on most phone screen replacements, covering any issues related to the parts or repair (excluding user-caused damage like drops, water exposure, or blunt-force accidents). Our warranty gives you peace of mind, knowing that if something we fixed goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
If you’re seeing any of the following, you likely need a screen replacement:
Cracks running across the glass
Dead spots or areas that won’t register touch
Flickering or black display sections
Ghost touches (your screen acts like it’s being touched when it’s not)
Colors bleeding, strange lines, or discoloration
Even if your phone still “kind of works,” leaving it damaged can cause further issues — so it’s best to fix it early.
For most popular models, yes! At Barrie Screen Repair, we keep a wide stock of iPhone and Samsung screens to handle same-day replacements. For some models, we may need to order the part, which usually takes 2–3 business days. We’ll always let you know upfront whether same-day service is possible when you call or visit.
Unfortunately, no. Even though we use professional sealing techniques, once a phone is opened, its original factory water resistance rating is no longer guaranteed. That’s why we recommend avoiding water exposure after a repair, even if your phone was waterproof before. We’re happy to explain more about water resistance and how to protect your phone post-repair.
While we specialize in phone screen replacements, we also handle a range of other repairs, including battery replacements, charging port fixes, camera replacements, back glass repairs, and more. Just let us know what’s going on, and we can provide a quote or diagnostic to help.
