For thermal work, we use proper thermal paste or liquid metal depending on what the console shipped with, not a generic substitute. If a repair calls for something we're not confident in, we'll tell you before we do it, not after.
If the same issue comes back within 90 days of a repair we performed — the port fails again, the console overheats the same way — we fix it again at no charge. It covers parts and labour on the repair we did. It doesn't cover a new, unrelated problem (say, we fixed your HDMI port and three months later your disc drive dies) or damage from drops, liquids, or anything after the console leaves our bench. If you're ever unsure whether something's covered, call and ask — we'd rather clarify upfront than argue about it later.
