Older model not listed? Call us - we can probably still fix it.
Tell us what your iPhone is doing (or not doing). We'll give you a straight price, a realistic timeline, and a sympathetic 'oh no' — all before you commit to anything or hand over a single dollar.
Most repairs are done the same day. Whether it's a shattered screen, a dead battery, or a charging port that's given up — we use quality parts and back every repair with our 2-year warranty.
Your iPhone holds a charge again like it actually means it. No more nursing it at 12% all day — just full power and the dignity of putting your phone down without panic.

Usually under 90 minutes once we have your battery in stock. Most swaps are straightforward — we're not rebuilding the phone, just swapping the battery. Book ahead and we'll have everything ready before you walk in so there's no waiting around while we track down parts.
Yes — booking ahead lets us confirm stock for your model before you make the trip. Takes two minutes to call and to book plus saves you a wasted drive if we happen to be out.
Genuine Apple batteries are made by Apple, calibrate cleanly with iOS, and tend to hold their health reading more accurately over time. Non-Apple batteries are quality replacements that work well for most people — just not manufactured by Apple. Genuine runs roughly twice the price, so if budget is a factor, Non-Apple is a solid choice for most models.
With a Genuine Apple battery, yes — iOS typically shows 100% and full health data right away. With a Non-Apple battery, you may see a "service recommended" notice in Settings. The battery works fine and will charge and drain normally — iOS just flags it as non-genuine. We'll explain the difference before you decide so there are no surprises.
No. Battery replacement doesn't touch the screen, Face ID hardware, or True Tone calibration — those components are completely separate. Everything that was working before the swap will keep working exactly the same way after. It's one of the cleaner repairs we do.
Usually yes. Sudden shutdowns, inaccurate percentage readings, and rapid drain are all classic signs of a battery that's lost capacity and can no longer hold an accurate charge. Check Settings → Battery → Battery Health — anything under 80% is worth replacing. If health looks fine, it could be a software issue or a rogue app draining in the background, and we can help figure that out too.
Non-Apple batteries are available for iPhone 5 and up and we keep those in stock regularly. Genuine Apple batteries are available for iPhone 12 and up, subject to supplier stock — older models simply aren't available through our genuine supply chain. If you've got an older phone and want to know what's available for your specific model, just reach out before booking.
Book ahead and we'll check inventory before you come in — that's the whole point of booking. Genuine Apple batteries move fast and restock slowly, so availability changes week to week. We'd rather give you an honest answer upfront than have you show up expecting one thing and leave with another.
Yes. All battery swaps come with a warranty regardless of whether you go Genuine Apple or Non-Apple. If something's off after your repair — the battery drains faster than expected, the phone behaves strangely, anything — come back and we'll take another look. We stand behind the work.
