Older model not listed? Call us - we can probably still fix it.
Most repairs are done the same day once the part's in hand. Whether it's a shattered screen, a dead battery, or a charging port that's given up, we use quality parts and back every repair with our 2-year warranty.

Pricing depends entirely on your model. Most Huawei models we service only have one screen option in stock — usually genuine or refurbished, since aftermarket isn't widely made for Huawei anymore. A couple of models (like the P30 and P30 Pro) do have both an aftermarket and genuine choice. We'll confirm exact pricing and part availability for your specific model before any work begins.
Most repairs are same-day once the part is in hand. Since Huawei isn't sold through Canadian carriers anymore, parts aren't always sitting on the shelf — call ahead so we can confirm we've got your model in stock or get it ordered for next-business-day arrival.
Where available, yes. Genuine Huawei glass is on the table for most models, and we're upfront about whether a genuine or aftermarket screen is being used before we start. For models where aftermarket isn't made, genuine or refurbished is the only option, and we'll tell you that too.
Since Huawei phones sold in Canada haven't had official carrier or manufacturer support since 2019, there typically isn't an active manufacturer warranty to void. If you imported your device and it's still under a warranty from elsewhere, check with the seller — but for most Huawei repairs we see, this isn't a concern.
Our warranty covers the part and the workmanship — if the screen fails or the repair itself causes an issue, we'll fix it. It doesn't cover new physical damage (drops, cracks) after the repair.
We can take a look and give you an honest assessment. Water damage outcomes vary a lot by how long the phone was submerged and which model it is — we'll tell you upfront if it's worth attempting or not before you pay for anything.
Call ahead, yes. Since Huawei parts aren't something we keep a full wall of, we want to confirm we've got (or can quickly get) your model's screen before you make the trip in.
Depends on the age and condition of the phone and the cost of the repair relative to a replacement. We'll give you our honest read when you call — if a repair doesn't make financial sense, we'll say so.
