Another A-1 encounter & transaction with Marc. Prompt to answer, fast and professional service. Quality of work serves as a benchmark for his industry.
My whole family has been using Barrie Screen Repair for several years. Marc is always prompt, courteous and willing to help. Highly recommend this business.
For your phone repair need Marc is your guy. Super honest and professional who is expert of what he does. I promise you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend
Marc has always done an amazing job for me. I have had several screen repairs, batteries replaced and general repairs, completed over the years and they are always done well. I will definitely be back.
Usually somewhere between $85 and $200, depending on your device, model, and how stubborn your port’s being. Some are quick and painless. Others need coaxing, soldering, and occasionally a pep talk. Most jobs are done in about 90 minutes, but if your port is buried deep behind tech booby traps (looking at you, Samsung foldables), it may take a day or two.
Oh, and we give you a 2-year limited warranty — which covers any weird behavior from the port, but not regular wear and tear (because yes, ports are real drama queens and do wear out with use).
Sure, and you could also keep driving a car with one flat tire. Eventually, something’s going to spark, snap, or explode. Your choice.
We fix iPhones, iPads, Samsungs, Pixels, Motorolas, Nokias, Tamagotchis—okay maybe not that last one. But yes, if it charges and it’s not from 1994, we probably fix it.
If it’s not charging and smells like campfire, probably not. But hey, we’ll take a look. We’ve seen toothpicks, crayons, corn kernels (seriously), and once, glitter. If the board’s okay, we can fix it.
Yes! Sometimes it’s just pocket lint, pet hair, or pure life gunk blocking the connection. We can do a deep clean and save you from a full replacement if the port isn’t damaged. It’s like dental floss for your phone.
Then we’re probably now fixing two problems. But don’t worry — we’ve got the tools to undo your DIY dentistry. Just hand it over and we’ll make it right.
Short answer: nope. Once we open it up, the factory water seal is done. But really — if your phone’s port is broken, it’s not exactly beach-ready anyway.
We use high-quality aftermarket or OEM-level parts we trust. If you want original manufacturer parts, we might be able to source them — but they take longer to arrive, cost more, and don’t smell like magic. Honestly, our regular parts work great, and we back them with that 2-year limited warranty.
You could… until you can’t. Wireless is cool until it’s not. Most devices still need the port to charge faster, transfer data, or do a hard reset. Plus, wireless chargers don’t always play nice with phone cases thicker than a Ritz cracker.
Then get in the car. Or send a carrier pigeon. Kidding — but seriously, you can text us, call us, or drop by. If you’re in the surrounding areas, it’s still worth the trip. We fix it fast, we do it right, and we won’t talk down to you like you’re the one who broke it.
